Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We strive to deliver high-quality Ayurvedic products. Due to the nature of health and wellness supplements, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

📌 Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.


Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Orders placed under special offers or combo deals (unless damaged)

Verification Fee (₹25)

  • The ₹25 verification fee is non-refundable, as it is used to confirm genuine orders and ensure faster processing.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or report an issue, please contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Reason for return
