Returns
We strive to deliver high-quality Ayurvedic products. Due to the nature of health and wellness supplements, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
📌 Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
Refunds
- Once your return is approved and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Orders placed under special offers or combo deals (unless damaged)
Verification Fee (₹25)
- The ₹25 verification fee is non-refundable, as it is used to confirm genuine orders and ensure faster processing.

- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Reason for return
